We recommend placing custom cake orders at least 1–2 weeks in advance to ensure availability. For larger or more intricate cakes (like tiered cakes), we suggest 2–3 weeks notice. However, if you need something sooner, reach out — we'll always do our best to accommodate you!

Our custom cakes start at $50 for single-layer heart shapes and range up from $250 for two-tier cakes and beyond. Pricing varies based on size, design complexity, and customization. Check out our Menu page for base pricing, or contact us for a personalized quote.

We offer convenient pickup for most orders. Delivery may be available depending on location and order size — just let us know your needs when placing your order and we'll confirm the best option for you.

Absolutely! Everything we make is fully customizable — from flavors and fillings to colors, themes, and decorations. Share your inspiration (photos welcome!) and we'll bring your vision to life. You can upload reference images through our Dropbox link.

You can upload your inspiration photos directly through our Dropbox file request link on our website (scroll down or visit our order page). You can also email them to us at markeisha@keishaskitchen.com.

A deposit may be required to confirm custom orders. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to work with you. Payment details are arranged when your order is confirmed.
